  1. It was funny to me, really. The situation showed me that this whole skin colour thing is bogus. A lot of people live or die by the idea and find comfort in getting on one side or the other but I think it’s melanin at the end of the day. People will dislike each other and there’s always an excuse. Be it gender, caste, whatever. Some bandwagons are easier to jump on and that woman had great leadership and advocacy skills so I really don’t care because I’m not an American citizen. Peace. x

      1. Thank you. That is the point. I am sure everyone knew unless the purpose of this story is to encourage readers to hold in low esteem those she’s advocating for. It’s a cruel backhanded putdown.
