Accountability Within Group Projects

Sometimes you’re speechless. Speechless at the lack of intuition and effort of a group member’s competence to get their job done.

Of course, there’s always that one person that simply doesn’t do their work. Or maybe it’s the majority of your group members. You often feel outnumbered and hopelessness has already overwhelmed you.

Should you ever feel bad about yourself? Of course not! Group projects were made to tackle big problems. Remember, the whole point is not to be dependent on your members. Just as how you would want to stay financially dependent in life.

At the end of the day, be on the moral high ground because that’s what matters. Persevere and move on. Hopefully, your teachers will understand.
